The SandPad / EZ-Walk is NOT a rental item. Please review product specs regarding cane and crutch fitting HERE and note that all product returns will incur an inspection to determine if the merchandise has been used.

Please contact us if there is an issue with your product for a return merchandise authorization. In cases where unused merchandise is authorized for return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will be applied.
